Check in time is 4 PM, check out is 11 AM, unless otherwise indicated. Weekly rentals can start on any day except Saturday. 2 night minimum stay is required at all rentals {At Lakes Edge, Alpine Bliss, Avalon, Blough, CabinPrimrose, Fernwood,  Lake Escape, Lake Watcher have a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends} {At Lakes Edge, Avalon, Blough, Brandenburg, CabinPrimrose HigherGround, Lake Watcher are minimum week stays in July & August}, {The Woodlands is a 3 night minimum stay at all times.}

Payment in full made payable to Clutter Realty is due upon receipt of confirmation letter, by check or money order. If for any reason you are not going to keep your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can try to find another renter. Upon acceptance of confirmation, renters are responsible for all damages that may occur in rental.
