PM, check out is 11 AM, unless otherwise indicated. Weekly rentals can start on
any day except Saturday. 2 night minimum stay is required at all rentals {Alpine
High, At Lakes Edge, Fernwood, Lake Watcher, & Remy #3 have a 3 night
minimum stay on holiday weekends} {Alpine High, At Lakes Edge, Dunnington & Lake
Watcher are week only stay in July & August} {Rock-A-Way has a 3 night minimum
stay and is minimum week stay in July & August} {Providence is a week only rental}
Payment in full made payable to Clutter Realty is due upon receipt of confirmation letter, by check or
money order.
If for any reason you are not going to keep your reservation, please let us know
as soon as possible, so we can try to find another renter.
Upon
acceptance of confirmation, renters are responsible for all damages that may
occur in rental.
When you
arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate to pick up your key & visitor
pass. The guard will give you directions on how to get to your rental.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE AIR CONDITIONERS or household products such
as paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc.
All rentals have a refrigerator, stove, pillows, blankets, pots, pans,
silverware, toaster, coffee maker & TV.
2 TVs in
Blough, Brandenburg, Brearey, CJ’s Cottage, Daylily, Fielden, Halo Haus,
McKean, Remy #3, Rock-A-Way, Shelton, Victoria’s Chalet, & Wilson.
3 TVs in Alpine High, Alpine Thrill, Dunnington, Fern Court & Shaffer. At Lakes Edge & Taylor have 4 TVs.
Renters may use the recreational facilities such as the pool, but you
must pay an additional fee to Alpine.
