Go past cabins, Shaffer Chalet is 2nd chalet on left just
past Victoria’s Chalet. Keys open top floor back door.
The rental portion of the Shaffer Chalet is top floor only

SHAFFER CHALET is open April - October. It sleeps 16, costs $155 per night & $725 per week plus tax. 7 room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bath. Bed types- 1 queen, 4 full, 4 twin & 1 sleep sofa.

Extras- Towels, sheets, blankets, bedspreads are provided. Also includes- propane fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, no cats, DVD player, VCR, 3 TV’s with satellite, air conditioners in bedrooms, charcoal grill & propane grill, 2 kitchenettes, deck furniture, horseshoe pit, baby stroller & booster seat. Description- One of the four original chalets here at Alpine. It is gray in color with decks on upper level & both sides. The whole top floor of the chalet is the rental, owner uses the downstairs level. It is located beside Victoria’s Chalet. This rental is priced well for sleeping sixteen people. Older furniture, tiny kitchenettes, refrigerator kind of sits in living room. Has a covered porches. 2010- Covered pavilion that seats 14 in back with 2 picnic tables was built in 2010. Not far from lodge. Home was built in 1970, electric baseboard heat.

Pets- dogs are fine NO cats.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
