LAKE WATCHER is open Year Round. It sleeps 8, costs $160 per night & $850 per week plus tax. 7 room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath. Bed types- 1 queen, 4 twin & 1 futon.

Extras- Towels, sheets, blankets, bedspreads are provided. Also includes- wood burning fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, DVD player, big screen TV with satellite, stereo with CD player, no smoking, lake view, propane grill, picnic table, deck furniture, foosball table, ping pong table, portable crib, toddler bed, highchair. Description- Tan and stone sided raised ranch home facing lake. Hemlock Circle is on either side of home. This rental has a lake view down the access road. Family room in basement with a woodstove. Full length front deck, patio. 2 person swing in yard. Home was built in 1977, electric baseboard heat.

Home is for sale & may be shown between 9 AM & 5 PM during your stay, we will try to call you first. It is also possible if you book more than 2 months in advance of your stay & it sells- We will need to move you to another rental. It is also possible there won’t be anything to move you to, in which case we would refund you your money.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
