HIGHERGROUND is open April - October. It sleeps 13, costs $230 per night & $1,275 per week plus tax. 9 room, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath. Bed types- 4 queen, 1 full, 1 bunk, 1 sleep sofa.

Extras- Towels, sheets, blankets, bedspreads are provided. Also includes- propane fireplace, 2 ovens, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, DVD player, VCR, 4 TVs w/satellite, big screen TV, no smoking, central air, propane grill, whirlpool bathtub, video collection, deck furniture, free unlimited long distance, high speed internet, a large glass shower, iron & ironing board. Description- Chalet style cedar home with high peaked roof, very nice home, sits below the road and backs to a green area. Homes owners own 4 lots for extra privacy. Beautiful view of woods & seasonal mountain view from great room which features lots of glass. This rental is not located near either the lodge or the lake, but it is one of the finest rentals we have, gorgeous decorations. Screened-in porch, sunroom, nice back deck. Stream next to house. Home was built in 2007, propane forced air heat.

Pets are NOT allowed.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
