FERNWOOD is open April - October. It sleeps 8, costs $195 per night & $1,050 per week plus tax. 8 room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath. Bed types- 1 king, 1 queen & 2 full.

Extras- Towels, sheets, blankets, bedspreads are provided. Also includes- propane fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, DVD player, satellite TV, stereo with CD player, no smoking, central air, Playstation, book & game collection, propane grill, iron & ironing board, deck furniture. Description- Tan cape cod style home the sits on a small hill. This home backs to a green area and is near the lodge. There are other homes next to this one. Nice front deck. Heated four season sunroom with lots of windows, views of the green area. The view from the living room is the trees across the street, in the winter season you can see the mountains. This is a very nice rental. Home was built in 2006, propane with heat pump heat.

Pets are NOT allowed.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
•••WE DO NOT PROVIDE AIR CONDITIONERS {unless otherwise noted in rental write-up} or household products such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc. All rentals have a refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, TV, pillows, blankets, towels & linens.
