BLACKSHIRE is open Year Round. It sleeps 8, costs $180 per night & $875 per week plus tax. 5 room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath + a curtained extra toilet in basement. Bed types- 1 queen, 2 full, 1 futon & 1 bunk.

Extras- Towels, sheets, blankets, bedspreads are provided. Also includes- Nice furniture, propane fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, DVD, 2 TVs with satellite, stereo W/CD player, no smoking, porch swing, ping pong table & garden tub. Phone # at rental home is 304-789-6145.

Description- Tan chalet style home. Great room features a cathedral ceiling & seasonal view of the lake. Close to beach area. Home is on an open lot with a house on one side & a vacant lot on the other side. Home was built in 2001, propane hot water baseboard heat.

Pets are NOT allowed.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
