tan color house with a red door.                          

AVALON is open May - October. It sleeps 8, costs $155 per night & $850 per week plus tax. 6 room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Bed types- 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full.

Extras- Towels, sheets, blankets, bedspreads are provided. Also includes- wood burning fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, DVD player, VCR, 2 satellite TV’s, no smoking, charcoal & propane grill, deck furniture, picnic table, screened-in porch, video collection, crib, central air.

Description- Tan contemporary ranch style home with red door. Home backs to a green area and is within walking distance to lake. There are houses on each side of this house. Home was built in 2008, propane forced air heat.

Home is for sale & may be shown between 9 AM & 5 PM during your stay, we will try to call you first. It is also possible if you book more than 2 months in advance of your stay & it sells- We will need to move you to another rental. It is also possible there won’t be anything to move you to, in which case we would refund you your money.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
•••WE DO NOT PROVIDE AIR CONDITIONERS {unless otherwise noted in rental write-up} or household products such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc. All rentals have a refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, TV, pillows, blankets, towels & linens.
