Description- Clay colored ranch style home on a lightly wooded lot. Circular driveway, close to walking trails. Very nice newer rental. Hardwood floors. Master bedroom wing features walk-in closet & bath with his & her sinks. 2nd wing of home has two bedrooms with their own baths. Home was built in 2007, electric baseboard heat.

Pets- dogs are fine NO cats.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
