Description- This is a beige colored vinyl sided contemporary ranch style home. Home sits on a slightly wooded lot with a home to the right on it. Home is about a ½ mile walk to the boathouse. Nice covered back deck with deck furniture & speakers. Fairly level yard. This is a newer rental. Home was built in 2006, propane w/heat pump heat.

Pets are NOT allowed.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
