DIRECTIONS|Take a right after the guard shack go 1.5 miles.
Take a left onto Greenbrier Lane. Bluebell Drive begins at
the bottom of the hill, take a right & Aloysia Haus is the
1st place on your right. It is a reddish brown (redwood)
colored home.
Wintertime only- Take a left after the guard shack. Go past
lodge. When you get to the dam end of the lake take a
right (you will still be on Alpine Drive) go past the
boathouse & beach. Cross the small end of the lake & take
the 1st road to the right which is Bluebell Drive. Aloysia
is the last house on Bluebell Drive.

ALOYSIA HAUS is open April - New Years. It sleeps 9, costs $120 per night & $700 per week plus tax. 6 room, 3+ bedrooms, 2 bath. Bed types- 3 queen, 1 twin & 1 sleep sofa.

Extras- Towels, sheets, blankets, bedspreads are provided. Also includes- dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, DVD, VCR, satellite TV, no smoking, charcoal grill, chimnea & picnic table. Phone # at rental home is 304-789-5841.

Description- Contemporary ranch style home. T-111 reddish brown (redwood) home within walking distance of the lake & lodge. Nearby walking trail leads from house to lake & lodge. Great room features a brick wood burning fireplace, cathedral ceiling with exposed beams. Family room/4th bedroom off great room. Small stream next to house. Loft bedroom with skylights. This home is in a woodsy area with a nice private back deck with picnic area. Wooded area with no building lots across road from home. Home was built in 1989, propane forced air heat.

Pet friendly.

When you arrive at Alpine, stop at the entrance gate {staffed 24 hours a day}, to pick up your key & visitor pass.
